Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure quality and food safety across its retail outlets. You will conduct audits, monitor product handling, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SOP adherence, and effective communication with outlet teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus on QA/QC or food safety is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Halal requirements.
• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience auditing, inspection, and corrective actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular retail quality and food safety audits to assess outlet compliance with standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, product specifications, and operational controls.
• Monitor product quality and retail execution to ensure consistency in food safety, product handling, storage, preparation across outlets, and identify potential gaps or risks.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, incidents, and quality investigations, and verify the effectiveness and timely closure of actions
• Communicate food safety requirements, quality standards, and best practices to outlet teams to promote consistent understanding, implementation, and compliance.
• Analyze quality data, audit findings, complaints, and incident trends to identify recurring issues, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide relevant reports and recommendations.
• Act as the key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Academy, and other stakeholders to drive effective implementation of quality and food safety programs.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of QA standards, SOPs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and compliance across retail operations.
• Maintain, update, and revise relevant documentation, procedures, records, and reports as required.
• Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
