Coolblog Dessert Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations across its outlets in Central and Klang, Malaysia. You will ensure sales closings are completed, staff follow SOPs, and outlets remain clean and compliant.

Travel to multiple outlets is required, with responsibilities including staff hiring, training, and attendance tracking. You will review customer feedback to drive service improvements and report to the Regional Manager on operational performance and issues.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage outlet staff and operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple outlets as needed.
• Basic ICT skills to operate laptops/tablets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operation of assigned outlets, including daily sales closing.
• Enforce SOP adherence among outlet staff.
• Bank in daily sales promptly and accurately.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and Halal compliance where applicable.
• Hire, train, and manage attendance of outlet staff.
• Travel to multiple outlets as required by operations.
• Review customer surveys to identify service improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Regional Manager.

Descripción del empleo

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operation of the respective in-charged outlets; e.g., daily sales closing.

To ensure outlet staff strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);

Responsible to bank in daily sales timely;

To monitor outlet’s cleanliness and hygiene standards according to Halal compliance and medical surveillance;

Responsible for outlet staff hiring, training and attendance;

Able to travel to several in-charged outlets;

Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;

Perform other assignments as defined and delivered by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience;

Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage retail/Restaurant Service experience is an advantage;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

6 days per week (alternate Saturday) and able to work on weekend & public holiday;

Possess own transport and required to have own laptop/tablet;

Willing to travel when required;
