Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's in-store brand-building leader, is expanding its operations team with field-based sales roles across Selangor. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years in FMCG sales or merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage daily field routes. Travel is required, and a valid driving license with own transport is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, merchandising or field sales execution.
Experience in handling trade partners, retail outlets or store operations is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for product education and trade partner engagement.
Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage daily route plans efficiently.
Sales-oriented with good customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel and work in a field-based environment.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
