Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's in-store brand-building leader, is expanding its operations team with field-based sales roles across Selangor. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years in FMCG sales or merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage daily field routes. Travel is required, and a valid driving license with own transport is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office is preferred. This role supports our subsidiary Jump Retail Sdn Bhd in operations, contributing to trade

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, merchandising or field sales execution.
• Experience in handling trade partners, retail outlets or store operations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for product education and trade partner engagement.
• Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage daily route plans efficiently.
• Sales-oriented with good customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work in a field-based environment.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
