Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies or Marketing preferred.
• 3–5 years in BD/sales/marketing with 2–3 years in management.
• Proven BD experience in medium to large companies in similar industries.
• Strong business acumen with advanced analytical skills.
• Experience in market research, market audit, and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Experience in client prospecting, project management, data analysis, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities and leads to build and sustain a robust BD pipeline aligned with financial goals and growth targets.
• Manage market research, feasibility studies, and market scans to support senior leadership decisions.
• Lead end-to-end pitching: prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and advise on pricing/terms.
• Identify upselling opportunities across existing and prospective clients, including field activation services.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients with cross-functional collaboration for smooth integration.
• Coordinate BD capability building and client data management for accurate intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify upsell opportunities and finalize contracts.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients to create long-term BD opportunities.
• Drive learning and development within BD, embodying DKSH values.
• Handle administrative duties as required.
