Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive for Key Account Management in the FMCG-Pharma channel. You will manage key accounts, drive sales, and collaborate across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver client-focused solutions in Malaysia.

The role requires a diploma in business/marketing and at least 2 years of FMCG KAM experience, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. Local language fluency is essential; Chinese would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG Key Account Management experience.
• Fluency in local language and English; Chinese is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and grow key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts and maintain high engagement.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance and advise improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement structured account plans to unlock growth.
• Negotiate pricing and promotional plans for key accounts to drive demand.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute customer strategies.
• Address client issues promptly with well-structured solutions.
• Handle administrative duties as required.
