Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or a relevant background.
• 2–3 years of sales or FMCG experience.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry and products.
• Excellent client management and communication across stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Plan and monitor promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
• Gather market feedback to inform client strategy and product introductions.
• Communicate product developments to sales teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across departments for aligned execution.
• Liaise with clients’ marketing teams for promotional material and updates.
• Manage stock levels, including near-expiry stock clearance.
• Generate regular sales and promotional reports for decision making.
• Ensure accurate trade promotion submissions and client approvals.
