Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven client management and communication skills for long-term partnerships.
• Project management skills to deliver complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical background and statistical analysis knowledge.
• Cultural awareness in cross-country interactions.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets and costs in line with annual allocations.
• Develop and implement business and marketing plans with clients to drive profitability.
• Monitor client KPI performance and report against SLAs for accountability.
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions and expansions; manage renewals.
• Address operational issues and service complaints promptly to maintain trust.
• Plan regular business communications and review meetings with client teams.
• Lead and oversee team performance to meet goals and targets.
• Champion learning and development within Client Management practices.
• Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
