Job summary

Shinsegae Mamee, a joint venture formed by Shinsegae and Mamee, seeks a sales-oriented professional to manage distributors and drive growth for the Daebak brand in Malaysia. You will coordinate with marketing to translate strategies into actionable sales plans and bolster retail visibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, 3+ years in key account management in FMCG, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia. Independent, proactive, and results-driven candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in key account management in FMCG.
• Experience developing POSMs and in-store touchpoints.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop channels (modern trade/general trade) to meet sales targets.
• Develop trade strategies and promotions for channel growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement sales plans.
• Develop merchandising and POSM materials for retail visibility.
• Optimize brand investment through ROI analysis and budget management.
• Work with Marketing to execute trade promotions with clear channel communication.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast; monitor demand fluctuations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
