Job summary

JH Infinity Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Lead to own growth of the Jeeny’s premium snack and cooking ingredients range. You will win new customers, expand distribution, and build strong retailer relationships to drive sales performance.

You’ll identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and develop go-to-market strategies across modern trade, CVS, wholesalers and distributors, with earnings tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience in modern trade, distribution or wholesale channels.
• Experience in snacks, confectionery, food products or grocery categories preferred.
• Existing relationships with supermarket buyers, retail chains, convenience store operators or FMCG distributors is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in acquiring new accounts, expanding distribution and achieving sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, independent and results-oriented approach.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel and own a driving licence and own transport.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across modern trade (MT), convenience stores (CVS), wholesalers and distributors.
• Identify and secure new retail chains, distributors, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Build relationships with supermarket buyers, retail decision-makers and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, secure product listings and execute trade promotions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and distribution.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and manage customer orders, collections and account development.
