Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to support fleet handovers and inspections across branches. You will confirm vehicle condition against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership transfer processes.

Key duties include performing PDIs, coordinating inter-branch transfers, and managing vehicle readiness for test drives. A valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline is required or advantageous.
• Automotive education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Confirm car condition against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership transfer.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and oversee inbound/outbound inspections for inter-branch transfers.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers, car washes, and photoshoots; update records in Apps/CarTracker.
