Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia's largest integrated car e-commerce platform. You will report to the Assistant Team Leader, confirming car condition against inspection reports and helping customers with ownership changes and handovers.

Your Day-to-Day includes Vehicle Handover & Inspection, PDI, coordinating inter-branch transfers, and maintaining stock accuracy across branches. A valid driving license, 2 years in automotive, and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Requires SPM/ Diploma/ Degree (any discipline).
• Preferably automotive education.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with clean record; willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels; multitask and think fast.
• Uphold CARSOME fleet quality standards; JPJ/Puspakom familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Handover & Inspection: Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI); perform inbound/outbound inspections; prepare vehicles for test drives; coordinate car wash; update CarTracker(C2B); conduct monthly stock counts; tag keys; verify vehicle availability; arrange transport from branches to yard; conduct PDI during dealer car collection; transport cars yard to branch; receive and facilitate handovers from branches.
