Job summary

Mayflower Car Rental in Malaysia seeks a Fleet Operation Branch Officer to support daily car rental and leasing operations, ensuring vehicle check-in/out and maintenance coordination, with focus on timely availability and service quality.

You will manage fleet inventory, coordinate inspections, deliveries to KLIA1/KLIA2/KL and other branches, provide roadside assistance, and uphold SOP compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level qualification.
• 3–5 years experience in vehicle operations, fleet management and rental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Will be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; valid Class D driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOP compliance, safety and proper documentation.
• Manage vehicle check-in/out, maintenance coordination and fleet availability.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries to KLIA1, KLIA2, KL and other branches; provide roadside assistance when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, operate CarPro system, and update daily availability.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Support documentation and compliance with regulations.
