Job summary

ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a Support Fleet Lead to assist in fleet administrative control and daily operations. You will help coordinate service planning, monitor work orders, and track vehicle movement to ensure smooth fleet performance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in fleet management or related admin roles, a positive attitude, and strong English communication. A valid driving license and JB road familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant fleet management or admin experience.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Valid driving license and familiarity with JB roads.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet Lead in fleet administrative control and operational coordination
• Manage service and maintenance planning, including scheduling and follow-ups with workshops
• Issue and monitor work orders, repair records, and service documentation
• Coordinate vehicle movement, workshop arrangements, and service completion tracking
• Monitor idle vehicles, fleet utilization, and operational status updates
• Support PUSPAKOM inspection preparation and coordination
• Ensure proper documentation control, tracking, and compliance with fleet SOP
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
