Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to join our Malaysia team in Putrajaya. You will verify car condition against inspection reports and assist customers with ownership transfers.

The role involves hands-on vehicle handover, PDI, maintenance, and coordinating inter-branch transfers. You will work with the Logistics team to manage transport, photography shoots for East Malaysia, and system updates in AppSheet and CarTracker(C2B).

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
• Preferably candidates possess some level of Automotive Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Automotive industry.
• A valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and think fast to resolve challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team to support each other.
• A quality-first mentality in upholding Carsome's fleet quality standards.
• Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom’s procedure will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Inspect and update records for IC-to-IC transfers.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers between branches and yards.
• Arrange vehicle transport and ensure timely dealer handovers.
• Maintain vehicle stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Capture and update photoshoots for East Malaysia branches.
• Operate CarTracker(C2B) and AppSheet for updates.
• Support logistics with inter-branch transfers and documentation.
