Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Subang Jaya to coordinate daily land transportation activities, including FTL and cross-border shipments, and support Malaysia–Singapore operations. You will plan fleet resources, monitor schedules, and communicate with customers and partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in logistics, and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily land transportation activities including FTL and cross-border shipments.
• Plan and allocate fleet resources with drivers and partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support Malaysia–Singapore cross-border operations, including customs documentation and tracking.
• Communicate with customers, drivers and service providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain transportation records, POD, cost tracking and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet utilization and cost efficiency.
