Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Subang Jaya to coordinate daily land transportation activities, including FTL and cross-border shipments, and support Malaysia–Singapore operations. You will plan fleet resources, monitor schedules, and communicate with customers and partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Job description

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily land transportation activities, including full truckload (FTL), cross-border shipments, retail distribution and specialized deliveries.

Plan and allocate fleet resources, working closely with drivers, transport partners and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor shipment progress, delivery schedules and transportation issues to maintain service efficiency.

Support Malaysia–Singapore cross-border operations, including customs documentation, clearance arrangements and shipment tracking.

Communicate with customers, drivers and service providers to resolve operational matters and ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate transportation records, proof of delivery (POD), cost tracking and operational reports.

Implement standard operating procedures and identify opportunities to improve fleet utilization, service quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Relevant experience in logistics operations, fleet coordination, supply chain or land transportation.

Good understanding of transportation planning, FTL operations, distribution processes and cross-border logistics.

Familiarity with customs documentation, bonded transportation and Malaysia–Singapore shipment procedures is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other reporting tools.

Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English for business communication.

Experience using GPS tracking systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), cold chain or dangerous goods logistics is an added advantage.

Established relationships with transportation vendors or logistics service providers would be beneficial.
