Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to oversee daily warehousing, distribution and cross-border logistics operations, driving efficient product movement and compliant execution across sites and clients.

You will coordinate local and international freight, enforce customs clearance protocols, and identify efficiencies across end-to-end supply chain processes while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable service and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in international container shipping and freight management.
• Solid practical understanding of customs clearance procedures, port operations, and forwarding workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving approach.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international freight distribution across manufacturing sites, third-party logistics providers, and clients.
• Enforce adherence to regional import and export regulatory mandates, custom clearance protocols, and trade procedures.
• Identify operational efficiencies within end-to-end supply chain processes to lower operational costs and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Manage inter-company transfers and external co-packing shipping schedules.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks to build a responsive and customer-focused logistics framework.
