Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners from China.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal logistics and daily administrative tasks between warehouse, operations, transport teams, and customers.
• Manage vehicle compliance and documentation including renewal of road tax, motor insurance, and inspections.
• Process worker access clearances and manage site entry permits and Singapore entry passes for deployed personnel.
• Maintain logistics, warehouse and personnel records through data entry, reporting and filing.
• Monitor expiration dates across vehicle coverage, inventory and worker permits to initiate renewals.
• Support operations with inventory tracking, routine admin duties and ad-hoc reporting.
