Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role.

• Excellent financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic resort environment.
• Hospitality degree or related qualification preferred
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Set and optimize KPIs aligned with five-star standards.
• Collaborate on prioritizing and delivering facility renovation projects.
• Evaluate, deploy, and train teams on PMS and guest automation tools.
• Synthesize reviews and audits to drive service recovery and prevention.
• Design training workshops to roll out new operating protocols.
• Introduce eco-friendly adjustments to reduce utility footprint without losing luxury.
