Eastern Decorator is seeking a leader to deliver end-to-end fit-out and renovation projects across locations. You will plan strategically, govern projects, oversee budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will build best practices, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and mentor the Fit-Out team to support growth; experience in coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendors is essential.

To lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of fit-out and renovation projects by providing strategic planning, project governance, financial oversight, and technical leadership. The role ensures projects are completed safely, within approved budgets and timelines, while meeting company quality standards, operational requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role also develops project management best practices, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improves project execution to support the organization's growth strategy.
