Job summary

New York Skin Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable interior project coordinator to manage fit-out projects from planning to completion in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan schedules, coordinate resources, monitor progress, budgets, quality, and documentation, and liaise with building management, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements include a Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / QS / Construction Management / M&E, strong AutoCAD skills, 2–4 years in interior fit-out or construction PM,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / M&E.
• 2–4 years' experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction, building and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work under stress and tight deadlines, willing to learn and take up new challenges.

About the role Join New York Skin Sdn Bhd and contribute to high-quality interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with contractors, timelines, costs, and quality to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

What you'll do

Plan and coordinate interior fit-out projects, schedules, and resources

What you'll bring
