Job summary

Eastern Decorator in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide Sleep Advisors across permanent counters, roadshows, retailer events and expos. You will coach, monitor performance and ensure outstanding customer engagement and effective sales closing.

With at least 3 years in retail sales (mattress/bedding preferred) and prior team leadership, you will plan deployments for expos and drive coaching, product knowledge and post-event follow-up to boost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; mattress, bedding experience is preferred.
• Previous sales team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on mattress expo, roadshow or large-scale event sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, coaching and leadership skills.
