JustMarkets is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment in Malaysia, with relocation. You will lead the recruitment unit, mentor the team, and ensure high-quality hires that align with KPIs and business goals.

In this fast-paced FinTech environment, you will build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners, manage recruitment metrics, and identify process improvements while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years in end-to-end recruitment.
• 2 years in managing recruitment team in fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing and hiring quality candidates.
• Hands-on and goal-oriented.
• Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Client-orientation, highly responsive and service focused.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• English — Upper-Intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting unit and ensure high quality of hire.
• Mentor and coach recruitment team.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process (pipeline, flow, etc).
• Ensure recruitment activities meet KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in Talent Acquisition.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in Fintech.
