Job summary

Teleperformance in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition strategies and recruitment operations for RaaS and BFSI functions. The role focuses on building high-performing recruitment teams, driving growth, and delivering solutions aligned with client and organizational goals.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, forecast talent needs, and drive improvements in efficiency, candidate experience, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RaaS and BFSI environments.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering targets.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for RaaS and BFSI roles with timely, quality hiring.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and client needs.
• Coach and develop recruitment teams to meet hiring targets and KPIs.
• Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs and prioritise activities.
• Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and productivity.
• Build talent pipelines for sales, BD, financial services and specialised roles.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure practices comply with policies, client requirements, and regulations.
