Job summary

IOI City Mall Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT professional to assist in managing existing systems and in developing new projects from inception through to production delivery. You will support ERP systems, implement security measures, establish FinTech SOPs, and explore Power BI reporting capabilities to drive data-driven decisions.

Fresh graduates or junior applicants are welcome. Willingness to work in Putrajaya and possess own transport are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, IFCA, or SIGMA is a plus.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI for financial reporting.

About the role

Assist in managing existing systems and involve in the development of new projects from inception through to delivery into a production environment, and to manage all IT capabilities. Assist in research and review potential technology and develop improvement recommendations to system programs, services, and operations. Assist in the development of procedural, training manual and conduct training to users.

What you'll be doing

• Implements ERP system security measures effectively.
• Establishes the FinTech process with proper SOPs in place.
• Improves business processes through ERP system enhancements.
• Provides timely monitoring and responsive support for system users.
• Explores ERP integration. Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties.
• To support and solve problems for IOI Retail users on system-related matters.
• To identify the root cause of Yardi system issues, provide workaround solutions, and escalated to vendors when necessary within the SLA scope.
• To ensure user access levels on the system are aligned with their department and job functions.
• To be involved in project implementation, quotations, and surveys of system changes, hardware/software, and related services. T
• To liaise with vendors and service providers on system support services.
• To handle new tasks and projects assigned by the Manager/HOD from time to time.
• Maintain the system security matrix (e.g. Yardi/Esker).
• Assist in handling matters related to system issues (e.g. Yardi/Esker).
• Explore data visualization and reporting capabilities using Power BI.

Who we looking

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for setting up financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI, IFCA, or SIGMA is a plus.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
