Job summary

IOI Properties Group, owner and manager of IOI City Mall and IOI Mall Puchong, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee maintenance of building structures and essential systems at IOI Mall Puchong. You will coordinate with service contractors, monitor SOP adherence, and ensure fire safety systems are functional.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years’ mall/commercial building experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in Retail Mall / Commercial Building
• Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist admin officer with paper work and coordination
• Supervise and coordinate workers maintaining and repairing building structures and utility systems
• Direct workers handling mechanical equipment like lifts, escalators and ventilation systems
• Requisition tools, equipment and supplies
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints and standards
• Ensure fire safety systems and equipment are in good condition
• Coordinate with service contractors per contract requirements
• Ensure operations follow the specified SOP
• Resolve issues in Yardi system
• Monitor mall equipment (lifts, escalators, travellator, air conditioning)
• Check and monitor monthly stock in store room

Job description

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist admin officer on paper work and coordination work

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of building maintaining grounds.

Directs workers engaged in mechanical and machinery ie lift, escalator and ventilation fan and air-cond system.

Requisitions tools, equipment and supplies

Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

Performs other duties as duties ad described under Supervisor Master Title

To ensure all the fire fighter system and equipment is in good condition.

Coordination with service contractor to ensure all the service work carried out accordingly to the contract.

The task performed must comply with the specified SOP.

To resolve all issue highlighted in Yardi system

To ensure and monitor all mall equipment (lift, escalator, travellator and air cond system) in good condition.

To check & monitor monthly stock at store room.

Person Specification:

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years Retail Mall / Commercial Building.

Excellent Communication (Written & Oral)and interpersonal skills

Ability Flexible and work analytically in a problem -Solving environment

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
