Job summary
IOI City Mall Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT professional to assist in managing existing systems and in developing new projects from inception through to production delivery. You will support ERP systems, implement security measures, establish FinTech SOPs, and explore Power BI reporting capabilities to drive data-driven decisions.
Fresh graduates or junior applicants are welcome. Willingness to work in Putrajaya and possess own transport are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, IFCA, or SIGMA is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI for financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Implements ERP system security measures effectively.
- Establishes the FinTech process with proper SOPs in place.
- Improves business processes through ERP system enhancements.
- Provides timely monitoring and responsive support for system users.
- Assist in handling matters related to system issues (e.g. Yardi/Esker).
- Explore data visualization and reporting capabilities using Power BI.
