• Maintain accurate records and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management.
• Support financial planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate payroll administration, tax filing and audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits and compensation matters.
• Maintain HR records, contracts and documentation.
