Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Malaysia is seeking an Associate/ Executive, People Operations for maternity cover, delivering payroll and HR administration across Malaysia and Singapore. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, employee data integrity, and smooth lifecycle management in a fast-moving fintech environment.

The role requires meticulous organisation, service-orientation, and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders across markets to maintain compliance and a positive employee

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR operations experience.
• Familiar with Malaysia and Singapore payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll vendors; Infotech is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel with data reconciliation.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll for Malaysia and Singapore with vendors.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data between HR systems and payroll.
• Assist with statutory contributions and filings in both markets.
• Manage employee lifecycle records in Workday and related systems.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR reporting, data reconciliation, and audits.
• Provide ad hoc office admin and facilities coordination.
