MFTECH GLOBAL (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive People & Culture Executive to manage HR operations in Malaysia, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. You will leverage AI tools to streamline processes and support creative People & Culture initiatives.

The role requires hands-on HR Generalist experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while complying with local employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar platforms, applying them to work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, claims, leave, statutory contributions and related records accurately.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, employment letters and HR systems.
• Support performance appraisals, probation reviews, KPI monitoring and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate training programmes, employee engagement activities and internal company events.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Utilise AI tools to improve HR workflows, create recruitment advertisements and develop training materials.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement through digital tools and automation while maintaining data confidentiality.
