Igotopia is looking for a Finance, People & Operations Executive to join the growing international technology group in Kuala Lumpur. This is a broad role working directly with the management team across finance, HR, recruitment, payroll, compliance and business operations, while gaining exposure to technology, AI, automation, SaaS and international hospitality businesses. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from the beginning, encouraged to suggest better ways of doing things and given the opportunity to take ownership.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial activities including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

Maintain accurate financial records and monitor cash flow and expenses

Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management

Support financial planning and decision-making

Coordinate payroll administration, tax filing and audit processes

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Work with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers

Oversee payroll, employee benefits and compensation matters

Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training
