Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Experience in full set accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SQL is a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily accuracy operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements/guidelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly commission and expenses payment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly closing report.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Liaise with auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer; keep documents in order.
• Bank in cash or cheque and handle CIMB BIZ online payments.
• Submit monthly withholding tax; carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
