EVERMARK BUILDING SOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an accounting professional to manage a broad range of accounting functions in Malaysia, including AR, AP, general ledger, taxation, and compliance, while ensuring accurate financial records. You will prepare invoices, monitor payments, perform reconciliations, assist with tax documents, and support inventory valuation, collaborating with other departments.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in Malaysian taxation, SST and tax documentation.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and cooperate with other departments.

Mansioni

• Prepare sales invoices, credit notes and customer statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Verify supplier invoices, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• Prepare supplier payments and monitor payment due dates.
• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing tax-related documents and supporting schedules.
• Verify import and export invoices, shipping documents and related charges.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock valuation.
