The role covers weekly and monthly commission and expenses payments, monthly bank reconciliation, and the preparation of closing reports.

You will liaise with auditors, bankers, agents, co-agencies and developers, and maintain orderly documents.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily accuracy operations and to ensure compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement/guidelines
• Preparation for weekly/ monthly commission and expenses payment
• Responsible for weekly/ monthly closing report
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
• To liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency and developer
• To ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents saved and files in order
• Bank in cash or cheque
