Mission Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an organized Finance Operations Administrator to support daily financial administration and operational processes. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, vendor records, and help with monthly closing and reporting while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in finance operations or admin-finance roles.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and software.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices, payment requests, and intercompany transfers accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and daily/monthly cash reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, manage receivables, and monitor collections.
• Maintain vendor records and procurement paperwork.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting.
