The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of related experience and is familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software. Property management experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
• Experience in Property Management & Property Development will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Update company cash flow statement, check bank balance and bank statement, and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
• Process payments, debit notes and credit notes.
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors when required.
• Ensure tax deadlines are met and maintain proper documentation for E-Invoice compliance.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
