Job summary

CPL Aromas in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance operations for the Malaysia business, covering manufacturing and sales operations.

The role requires strong accounting qualifications and extensive finance leadership experience in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of Malaysian tax and regulatory requirements and hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and ERP governance.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification with relevant finance leadership experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and operational performance.
• Oversee financial controls, audits, taxation, statutory compliance, and risk management.
• Manage accounts receivable, inventory control, and working capital.
• Support business case evaluations, capital expenditure planning, and ERP initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring compliance with group policies.
