Jora Malaysia invites a Finance Lead to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, and oversee month-end close with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
You will drive variance analysis, monitor production costs with operations, ensure MPERS compliance, and provide strategic financial support across functions. A strong leader with 7+ years of experience is preferred.

Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Oversee month-end closing and guide the team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Monitor production costs and collaborate with operations to implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) and local tax regulations, including e-invoicing.
Manage working capital, cash flow, supplier payments, and customer collections.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and compliance.
Provide financial support to cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, HR, and inventory.
Coach and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Exposure to F&B or Retail Industry would be highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in coaching and developing teams.
Familiarity with inventory and procurement processes is a plus.
