We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, accounts receivable and payable, tax matters, reconciliations, budgeting, and finance-related documentation, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
The role will also work closely with other departments to resolve finance-related matters and support the smooth operation of the business.
Oversee and monitor day-to-day financial transactions and payment processes.
Monitor and ensure proper management ofAccounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Review and monitor invoices, payments, and supporting financial documents.
Oversee bank account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Monitor tax-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and requirements.
Maintain proper finance and accounting records and documentation.
Monitor financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist in managing the company’s budgeting and financial planning activities.
Work closely with other departments to resolve finance-related issues and provide appropriate financial support.
Support the Finance & Accounting Department in various accounting, reporting, payment, and administrative activities.
Assist management with finance-related analysis and other duties as required.
Review and support payment processing in accordance with company requirements and approval procedures.
Coordinate and follow up on finance-related matters with internal departments.
Support the Finance Manager / management in ensuring timely completion of accounting and financial activities.
Provide guidance and support on finance and accounting matters within the scope of the role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, AR, AP, tax, and bank reconciliation.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Good Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with financial data and reports.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred; Oracle experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
