Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in manufacturing, EMS, or multinational company environment is preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP Financial System.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Good leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Lead annual budgeting process and financial forecasting, analyze monthly variances.
• Oversee chart of accounts, journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor daily cashflow and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee receivables, payables, and inventory management.
• Manage banking relationships, lines of credit, loans and financing activities.
• Liaise with auditors and prepare necessary schedules.
• Supervise and evaluate finance department staff.

Job description

Our client is a global leader in factory automation and material handling systems. They specialize in end-to-end consulting, engineering, system design, software integration, installation, and long-term maintenance support for automated logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing lines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statement.
• Prepare annual budgeting process, financial forecast and analyze monthly variances.
• Oversees the chart of accounts, journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Manage the month-end and year end closing processes.
• Monitor daily cashflow positions, short and long term needs to ensure liquidity of the operations.
• Oversees receivables (AR), payable (AP) and inventory management.
• Manage banking relationships, line of credits, loans and financing activities.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and preparation of necessary schedules.
• Finance department staff recruitment, supervision and evaluation.

Job Requirements:
