We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions across the group locally. The role requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting capabilities, treasury experience and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.
Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and month end/year end closing.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts, financial reports and statutory financial statements.
Consolidate group accounts, in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to support business decision making.
Manage group cash flow, banking facilities, and treasury functions.
Monitor funding requirements and optimise cash management across the Group.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions on banking matters, trade facilities, and financing arrangements if required.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the Group.
Support strategic planning and financial modelling initiatives.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and regulatory requirements across all entities.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant authorities.
Strengthen and maintain internal controls, policies and financial governance processes.
Oversee the finance operations of subsidiaries/affiliate companies.
Ensure consistency in financial reporting, accounting practices, and compliance standards across the Group.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, including setting KPIs to monitor performance.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies within the finance & accounting functions.
Participate in ERP/system implementation and enhancement projects when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with group-level exposure.
Experience handling the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions independently.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and corporate finance practices.
Experience with local E-Invoicing & SST/GST standards & requirements.
Hands‑on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
