Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations including GL, reporting, audits and tax processes. You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closing of financial records.

The role requires 7–10 years of finance experience, 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, and multinational company exposure. ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are a plus and SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations including GL, financial reporting, audit and tax activities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion of financial records.
• Analyse financial performance, budget variances and operational trends to support management decisions.
• Manage internal controls, compliance processes and financial governance.
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Oversee tax compliance activities and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and relevant authorities.
• Support financial analysis for business projects, CAPEX evaluation and investment decisions.
• Review cost performance, profitability and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Lead and develop finance team members while collaborating with regional/global stakeholders.
• Support finance system improvements and process enhancement initiatives.

Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion of financial records.

Analyse financial performance, budget variances and operational trends to support management decisions.

Strong ERP system experience (SAP exposure is preferred)
