Job summary

PC Image in Kuching is seeking a senior finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function. You will oversee the full accounts, monthly closings, and management reporting, while steering budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on governance across multi-branch operations. You’ll drive process improvements, internal controls, and financial planning to support business decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is REQUIRED.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MIA membership is an added advantage; it is not mandatory.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial / team leadership position.
• Strong knowledge in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, audit and taxation, internal controls, and inventory / retail accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Able to interpret financial data and clearly explain what the numbers mean to the business.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of the finance function.
• Experience in retail, distribution, multi-branch, or high-volume transaction businesses will be a strong advantage.
