Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition. You will monitor cash flow, ensure tax compliance, and coordinate regulatory reporting.

The candidate should have at least ACCA or a Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, with 10+ years of finance experience; manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA or bachelor degree/postgraduate diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition, cash flow monitoring, and tax matters.
• Prepare and circulate monthly financial statements, coordinate regulatory reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and circulate monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process, liaising with auditors, bankers, insurers and stakeholders to ensure timely audit.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• In charge of accounting system, and support other system maintenance and integration.

About you
