Techware Group in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is seeking a Finance Executive/Senior to oversee month-end close, prepare financial reports, and manage full sets of accounts with statutory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or professional qualification, 4–7 years' experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and familiarity with Dynamics; occasional site travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of tax matters, including tax computation, tax estimates, timely e-invoicing, LMW and ensure timely tax compliance.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing for the assigned Business Unit.

Ensure the preparation of monthly accounts & financial reports in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with statutory requirements.

Handle full sets of accounts and statutory reports independently with minimal supervision.

Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions of the assigned entity.

Take charge tax matters, include preparation of tax computation, tax estimates, timely e-invoicing, LMW and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance in accordance with relevant legislation.

Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification.

Minimum 4-7 years of relevant working experience. Full set accounts and finance operation experience is minimum requirement.

Posses the ability to do system migration/improvement, well versed with Dynamics will be advantageous.

Abilities to communicate (Read and write) in English and Mandarin are essential. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving some Mandarin-speaking stakeholders."

This finance role may be require to travel to the site on occasional basis.
