Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Malaysia is seeking a diligent finance professional to support daily accounting operations, payroll processing, and statutory submissions with accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain a full set of accounts (AR, AP, JV), assist with month-end closings and prepare financial reports, and provide administrative support to the Finance/Payroll team and Singapore Head Office.

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to work independently as well as in a team.
High level of integrity and able to handle confidential financial and payroll information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Support daily accounting operations including data entry and payment processing.
Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP, JV) and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Handle statutory submissions such as E-Invoice, SST, Stamp Duty, CP22 and CP22A accurately.
Provide administrative support to the Finance/Payroll team and Singapore Head Office.
Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation, filing and records of financial transactions.
Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
