Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• ACCA certificate is a bonus.
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, payment verification, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and support foreign exchange transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Verify employee claims and support audit and tax matters.
• Administer payroll, payslips, statutory contributions, and leave management.
• Coordinate HR-related matters and staff events; provide general admin support.

This Senior Account Executive role will be supporting on daily transactional processing support full set of account within Malaysia and to provide assistance to the finance manager in month-end closing process and assist HR dept on day-to-day operation including payroll and admin matters.

Finance

• Managed accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment verification, and intercompany transactions.
• Performed bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and supported foreign exchange transactions.
• Assisted with month-end closing activities, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepared financial reports, forecasts, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensured compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
