Responsibilities:

• To manage the accounting, finance, bank matters.
• Responsible for organization’s accounting and financial daily tasks such as daily bank balances monitoring and movement.
• To handle and manage AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions.
• To prepare monthly payments and the listing for the payment cycle.
• Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline.
• Proper documentation and filling for all related documents.
• To handle partial of payroll parts as well.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in multi-tier Company account.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite and accounting software such as SQL, etc).
• SQL Accounting System and Payroll will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skill is required to manage the work-stream across departments.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self‑starter.
• Strong attention to details and able to work independently.
