Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to process payments in the ERP system, communicate with distributors and international buyers on overdue payments, and resolve billing disputes. The role supports fixed asset reconciliations, journals, and intercompany activities within a manufacturing environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with AR experience in manufacturing are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Team player with positive attitude, reliable & responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process payment received from customers into the Account Receivable ERP system.
• Communicate actively with local distributors, key corporate accounts, and international buyers regarding overdue payments.
• Solve billing dispute with business unit / shipping department.
• Consignment reconciliation report weekly, monthly.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliations, journals and inter company reconciliation.
• Maintain Fixed Asset register timely, completely and accurately.

Job description

Process payment received from customers into the Account Receivable ERP system

Communicate actively with local distributors, key corporate accounts, and international buyers regarding overdue payments

Solve billing dispute with business unit / shipping department

Consignment reconciliation report weekly, monthly

Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliations, journals and inter company reconciliation.

Maintain Fixed Asset register timely, completely and accurately. Asset classification and depreciation computation are prepared in accordance with Corporate Finance policy.

Prepare and ensure daily and monthly reports (internal and corporate submissions) are timely and accurate.

Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.

Assist in any other projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

Candidate must possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Team player with positive attitude, reliable & responsible.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working experience in Account Receivable in manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
